"All dogs go to heaven because, unlike people, dogs are naturally good and loyal and kind" - All Dogs Go to Heaven
Pricing
Our puppies are generally priced between $3500-$5500 (USD), with the final price determined by pedigree and subject to change. Litters from exceptionally high-caliber imported lines, for example, will be at the higher end of this range, while pet-quality puppies will be at the lower end. Some litters will be the same cost regardless. Meaning, if an entire litter is sold on conditional breeding rights, all puppies will be priced the same instead of higher for breeding/show prospects.
We do not sell puppies outright. All puppies intended for breeding/show will be placed under a co-ownership contract until specific breeding requirements are fulfilled, unless otherwise discussed. We also offer a guardian-home contract, distinct from co-ownerships, with more details provided below regarding both arrangements. Some litters may be entirely sold under conditional breeding rights.
The purchase price includes a $500 USD non-refundable deposit (with the balance due one week before pickup), UKC and FCPR registration, initial vaccinations, Embark/DNA, lifetime breeder support, and includes the parents having a minimum*1 of hip and elbow radiographs, DNA clearances for MDR1 and DM. This deposit is transferable to a future litter only in the event that a suitable puppy cannot be provided.
*1 minimum: older males that are deceased and require frozen semen usage may only have HD, ED, MDR1, and DM completed, as those may have been the only requirements at that time 1*
GoodDog prices are slightly higher to cover fees.

Co-ownership
No puppies will be sold outright. All those interested in shows and breeding will be placed on a Co-ownership contract with the price of a full puppy. Co-owns will generally be on bred-by dogs and can be virtually anywhere in the United States. Co-owners will be responsible for shows, titling, sports, et cetera. Registration will not be given out until proof of health testing and titles required by the contract are met.
Requirements are subject to change
Guardian Homes
Guardian homes would generally be for any possible imports, but are not restricted. Guardian homes are to be within a certain radius of us. We will retain all registration until retirement and spay/neutering of the dog. Whether that be due to retirement based on temperament, drive, how well a dam whelps, overall health, and then some. Guardian homes are aimed at those who want a "pet" but will allow us to show and title the dog. Guardian homes will not receive any incentives for titles unless otherwise discussed.

Discounts:
A 10% discount will be given to those who are active or retired military, EMS, and firefighters in the United States, as I am unsure how to verify those internationally. Verified Proof is required.
We may, on an extreme case-by-case basis, donate a service or working dog prospect to an accredited service dog program/trainer, police program*2, or other. Discounts are not given to guardian homes.

Conditional Breeding
For me, conditional breeding means all dogs, unless otherwise stated, will be the same price. For example, I am charging $3500-$5500; the cost depends on the pairing. If I spend $10,000 on importing frozen semen, pet puppies could be $4500, whereas show and breeding prospects could be $5500. A litter sold completely on conditional breeding may all be the same price. The condition may change depending on many factors: how well a dog matures mentally and physically, its health outcome, and more.
Non-breeding and non-show puppies
Pet puppies will be sold at a lower cost unless 1) the litter is sold on conditional breeding rights, 2) in males, one or no testicles fully descend, or 3) if there is something severely medically wrong. An extreme example is that, sometimes with perfect health, temperament, pedigree, and all things right, puppies can still sometimes not fully develop in the womb, leading to missing limbs or deformed limbs. If, God forbid, this ever were to happen, the price would be extremely low. 4) Other reasons
Show and breeding puppies
Unless otherwise discussed and agreed to by both parties, all puppies intended for shows and or breeding are to be sold on a co-ownership. If there are no conditions to the litter, a person may remain as a co-owner until the dog completes all contract requirements, including but not limited to: HD, ED, LTV/SP, OCD, and other health requirements, as well as conformation shows, sports trials, and others.
Note: It will be a case-by-case basis on conformation trials requirements for dogs intended for active stock dog homes and those working for the government
